There was champagne, chocolates and strawberries in our cabin and she couldn't have possibly done a better job in making sure our trip was memorable. Tyra is very knowledegable. But if you have a question that she doesn't know the answer to, she will get you that answer lickety split. Her follow through was amazing every step of the way.
